Prototype status

This website is a visual and functional concept for The Better Take Company. The products, packaging, flavours, benefits, formats and launch plans shown are exploratory. Nothing displayed is an offer for sale.

What the signup demo does

When you submit an email address in the current preview, it is stored only in your browser’s local storage so the success state can be demonstrated. It is not transmitted to The Better Take Company, Codex or a mailing platform by the site.

You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage. A production signup should add a named data controller, lawful basis, consent wording, retention period, processor information and contact rights before collecting personal data.

Cookies and analytics

The current concept does not intentionally set marketing cookies or add analytics. A production site should disclose and manage any non-essential tracking before it is enabled.

Claims and product information

“Sugar free” and other formulation language on concept pages describe the intended development brief, not a verified finished product. Final claims, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, suitability statements and serving information must be based on the completed recipes and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Better Take Company brand concept and original site expression are presented for the owner’s evaluation. References to broader category practices are inspirational only; no third-party confectionery brand assets are reproduced.
